Here's what we did in 2004.
Please be advised that TAHMA is initiating a new policy regarding luncheon reservations. If you do register but are unable to attend the luncheon, please remember to contact TAHMA headquarters and cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be invoiced for the $15 luncheon fee. TAHMA is required to provide lunch guarantees to our host properties. If you are unable to attend the luncheon and do not cancel your reservation, TAHMA is still required to pay for your meal. TAHMA appreciates your cooperation with our new policy.
