2008 Luncheons Calendar

Mark your calendars now to join the Triangle Area Hotel-Motel Association at our 2008 Monthly Membership Luncheons. TAHMA meets on the third Tuesday of the month, except for July and December. This is a wonderful opportunity to network with your colleagues in the Triangle. Thank you for your support and we hope to see you there!

Email info@tahma.org and let us know you're coming and the names of your guests. Payment at the door is $15.00 for prepaid members, $20.00 for members and $25.00 for non-members.

Please let us know if you have special dietary needs and / or if you have other requests.

Networking & Registration begins at 11:30am followed by the luncheon and program at Noon. The Program ends at 1:15pm.

Do you have a “Hot Topic” at your property? If you are a Hotel General Manager and have a hot topic issue facing your property, let us know for discussion at our next meeting. Email your hot topic to info@tahma.org.

Here's what we did in 2007.

Please be advised that TAHMA is initiating a new policy regarding luncheon reservations. If you do register but are unable to attend the luncheon, please remember to contact TAHMA headquarters and cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be invoiced for the $15 luncheon fee if you are a prepaid member, $20 if you are a member and $25 if you are a non-member. TAHMA is required to provide lunch guarantees to our host properties. If you are unable to attend the luncheon and do not cancel your reservation, TAHMA is still required to pay for your meal. TAHMA appreciates your cooperation with our new policy.
